The Best of Times Bar is so easy to assemble that NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED. The first time you put it together it will likely take less than 10 minutes. Once you know how it works, it will take 2 - 5 minutes to put together or put away. You can watch our assembly video by clicking here.

The frame of the Best of Times Bar is made of commercial-grade white powder-coated steel that is durable, but light-weight to enhance portability. The three levels of shelving are commercial-grade blow-mold plastic that is not only strong, but stain-resistant and easy to clean. Every bar also included an insulated food-grade cooler insert with a lid that zips shut and can store up to 24 cans plus ice AND a black deluxe wheeled travel case so that all of these components can break down t easily be stored and/or transported. The commercial-grade polyester fabric wrap has a UV protective coating and simply attaches to the front of the bar frame with Velcro that is already adhered.
Yes! Many happy clients place two units side-by-side to create one larger bar set-up, no problem!
The Best of Times Umbrella is a square market umbrella is that 6 feet wide on each side and is also made of commercial-grade white powder-coated steel. It stands 8 feet tall and the pole is a standard 1.5 inches in diameter. It easily breaks down into three parts for easy storage within the same deluxe wheeled travel case as the rest of the bar components. The fabric umbrella cover has a UV protective coating and is quick to assemble. Simply center it over the top of the umbrella frame and then extend each of the four arms out into corner pockets to make it secure. The umbrella has flaps at the top for increased wind-resistance and has a 35 mph wind rating. You also have the option of a Palapa (faux grass) umbrella cover as well, that is completely interchangeable with the fabric umbrella cover - both can be used with the same steel frame!
The Best of Times Stools are made of commercial-grade white powder-coated steel and have neutral tan colored padded seat cushions for extra comfort. Each stool is the standard 30 inches bar height when unfolded, but can quickly collapse for easy storage. Fabric seat covers are included with every stool set that quickly slip over each seat for a snug fit, but can be easily removed and replaced with a different seat cover/wrap design, if desired. Best of Times Stools that are purchased direct from our website also include a black stool carry case that has an adjustable shoulder strap and can store up to four bar stools. The stools are portable yet extremely durable - each having a 400 lb. weight capacity! The stools can be purchased individually, but typically are sold as a set of four.
Yes! Make the most of your Best of Times Bar. We have some customers that own one set of hardware and more than fifteen different fabric wrap sets. Components can easily be purchased by clicking here! Buy it once. Use it again, and again, and again.

While we don’t expect you to need it, the Best of Times Bar comes with a 1-year warranty on all parts. If you come across any concerns, simply send us a quick email with a photo to info@bestoftimesusa.com and we aim to resolve these requests immediately. Any returns much be sent back by the customer in new and unused condition and in its original packaging before any refunds will be approved.
Orders may take up to 5-14 business days to process and then take approx. 1-5 business days for delivery.
Custom print may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We offer flat rate shipping and send all items via FedEx Ground. The rate varies by distance and will be calculated during checkout.
If you need expedited shipping or items delivered by a certain date or time, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We strive to fulfill orders placed online within 1 - 3 business days. We are located in north county San Diego, CA so shipping generally will take up to 5 business days - if being shipped to anywhere on the East Coast. Custom orders (or fabric wraps that we happen to be out of stock of and need to print) generally take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks for production and then delivery to your door.
