Shipment Confirmations

All of our packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Tracking confirmation numbers are provided for all orders. Emails with the following are sent: order confirmation, shipment confirmation, out for delivery confirmation and delivered confirmation. Please check your emails thoroughly and plan accordingly to receive your shipment.

Signature Requirements
We currently do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. If you want to require a signature for delivery there is a $15 fee. You must choose this option during checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If a required signature option is not paid for during checkout, Best of Times is not responsible for any missing or lost packages once our official carrier confirms the package as delivered. It is the customers' responsibility to notify Best of Times of any lost packages that did require a signature no more than 3 business days after the original delivery date by the carrier. Best of Times is not responsible for any lost packages that are not reported within those 3 business days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
